Celeste Burgoyne rejects the wasteful pace of consumerism in the fashion industry.We create instinctively and consciouly, manufacturing made-to-order in our Berlin studio and centering upcycling in our process.
Slowpoke is the name of our upcycled range. We source second hand and unloved pieces, that have often been catagorised as 'worthless', and recontextualise them through fabric manipuation to create something else entirley. We like to elongate the lifetime of a garment and avoid textile waste that derives from fast fashion's throw away culture.
